Learn how to make lasting change in your life.

It’s never too late to change your life for the better.

Personal Goal Setting. Setting goals gives your life direction, and boosts your motivation and self-confidence.  Goal setting is a process that starts with careful consideration of what you want to achieve, and ends with a lot of hard work to actually do it. You can’t simply say, “I want” and expect it to happen. Without goals you lack focus and direction.

Set Specific Goals. Set goals that relate to the high priorities in your life. Examine your life’s path. What are your passions, interests, and goals?

Make an Action Plan. Changing Your AttitudeThe best way you feel happier about your life is to stop dwelling on the past and stop worrying about the future. Make sure that it’s possible to achieve the goals you set. You will have to change the things you do every single day. Every change is possible if you are truly sincere, committed and willing to persevere.

This is a checklist that you progressively refine and improve to make sure that you remember to do everything important for success.

Be Positive. Get in the habit of noticing the positive aspects of whatever situation you find yourself in, if you find it hard to change your daily routines, start with small changes and work your way towards major changes.

Believe you can make the change and achieve your goal.

Follow Through and Take Action. Start small and build, but don’t forget to take action each day. As soon as you skip a day or two here or there, it’s far harder to follow through.

Learn Something New. With the entire world of knowledge just a few mouse-clicks away, it has never been easier than it is right now to learn something new and unexpected every day.

Evaluate and Refine the Process. Be honest with yourself and do this evaluation every week until you’ve found your groove with what you’re doing. What goals do you have? What changes have you been thinking about making? It doesn’t have to be a struggle. You can achieve your goals more easily and develop real and lasting change by shifting how you view the change.

You can consider the following questions and use a journal to record your answers:

  1. Which areas of my life are the most satisfying and fulfilling? Why?
  2. In which areas of my life am I feeling dissatisfied or unfulfilled?
  3. How are you feeling?
  4. What do you want?

The minute you begin to do what you really want to do, its really a different kind of life.”        – R. Buckminster Fuller

“Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful.”  – Albert Schweitzer-

Each life is equally valuable.

Looking back on my life, I find that the most painful experiences taught me the most valuable lessons.  But, you never learn what those lessons will be until you’re on the other side.

The value of life cannot be measured by any amount of money. Know the value of your life – examine your heart and your actions.

The value of your time and your day and the value of the people you spend it with.

The only way to do great work is to love what you do. We deserves the chance to live a healthy productive life.

Change is coming!

Are you willing to change?
